Important

Please exercise great care in filling this form. Details entered against each column the application would be deemed to be final for the purpose of determination of Awards. No request for change of details would be entertained at any stage.
The Producer/Production Company must ensure that the names indicated in the entry form tally with the credits titles appearing in the film.
While furnishing information in column 4th of the entry form, the Producer/Production company should ensure that complete postal address, email address, telephone no. (fixed and mobile) is furnished.
The last date of filling the online entry form is 30th November 2023. The last date of receiving the hard copy of the filled online form along with the requisite material is 7th December 2023. (Note both the versions of application form submitted by the applicant must be the same.

Authorization letters in favor of Bharatiya Chitra Sadhana/ Chitra Bharti Film Festival are enclosed.

I/We have no objection for screening of this film for Jury or any of their panels, for non-commercial public shows of the film as part of promotion of quality Indian cinema within India and abroad in festivals/ special expositions organized/ supported by the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna film festivals in any format ( print or digital) as well as promotion of the film through the use of film stills/posters and trailers/ visual clips.
I/we also ensure that this no objection for the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna will remain valid notwithstanding any rights assigned by me/ us to any other individual/ organization for screening the film in any territory on commercial/ non-commercial basis in future.
I/We have gone through the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna Film Awards Regulations and I/We accept these regulations.
The jury shall make recommendations, which will be approved by the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna and the decision of the Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna shall be final and binding.
I/We Agree To Abide By The Decision Of Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna As Final And Binding.
The Decision Of The Bharatiya Chitra Sadhna Shall Be Final And Binding And No Apeal Or Correspondence Regarding Their Decision Shall Be Made By Me/Us.
I/We certify that the film entered is NOT a dubbed/revised/copied version of a film.
I/We certify that the footage acquired for the film has proper permissions and due credits have been given in the film.
I/We certify that the musical score used is original.
I also certify that the film in no way violates any provisions of the Indian copyright Act,1957.
I/We hereby declare that the information provided is true to the best of my/our knowledge and corresponds with the credit titles of the film. I/we also understand that the BCS has the right to reject any entry, at any stage, if the information entered in this form is found to be in complete or incorrect.

महत्वपूर्ण:-

इस फॉर्म को भरने में बहुत सावधानी बरतें। आवेदन पत्र के प्रत्येक कॉलम में दर्ज किए गए विवरण को अंतिम माना जाएगा। इसमें किसी भी स्तर पर विवरण में परिवर्तन के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
निर्माता/प्रोडक्शन कंपनी यह सुनिश्चित करे कि प्रविष्टि फॉर्म में दर्शाए गए नाम फिल्म में दिखाई देने वाले क्रेडिट टाइटल के अनुरूप ही हो।
प्रविष्टि प्रपत्र के कॉलम 4 में जानकारी देते समय, निर्माता/ निर्माण कंपनी को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि उसमें उसका पूरा नाम, पता, ईमेल पता, टेलीफोन नं. (फिक्स्ड और मोबाइल) दिया जाये।
प्रविष्टि प्रपत्र को ऑनलाइन भरने की अंतिम तिथि 30 नवंबर 2023 है और आवश्यक सामग्री के साथ भरे हुए ऑनलाइन प्रपत्र (फॉर्म) की हार्ड कॉपी प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 7 दिसंबर 2023 है। (टिपण्णी:- आवेदन जमा करने के दोनों संस्करण सामान होने चाहिए।

मुझे /हमें इस फिल्म का निर्णायक मंडल के लिए या इसके किसी पैनल के लिए अथवा उत्कृष्ट भारतीय सिनेमा के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में शामिल इस फिल्म के प्रोत्साहन के लिए भारत अथवा विदेश में भारतीय चित्र साधना द्वारा आयोजित प्रोत्साहित विभिन्न फिल्म समारोहों विशिष्ट आयोजनों में अव्यापारिक आम प्रदर्शन, किसी भी प्रारूप (डिजीटल एवं प्रिंट) में तथा फोटो, पोस्टर, ट्रेलर्स एवं दृष्य चित्रों के माध्यम से फिल्म के प्रोत्साहन एवं उन्नयन में कोई आपत्ति नहीं है।
मैं / हम ये भी विश्वास दिलाता/ दिलाते है कि भविष्य में यदि फिल्म के अधिकार किसी भी क्षेत्र में व्यापारिक अ-व्यापारिक रूप से किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या संस्था को दे दिए जाते हैं तब भी ये अनापत्ति भारतीय चित्र साधना के लिए मान्य रहेगी।
मैंने /हमने भारतीय चित्र साधना फिल्म फेस्टीवल के नियम देख लिए हैं और मुझे /हमें ये नियम स्वीकार हैं।
निर्णायक मंडल सिफारिश करेगा, भारतीय चित्र साधना जिसका अनुमोदन करेगा और भारतीय चित्र साधना के निर्णय को अंतिम तथा बाध्यकारी माना जायेगा।
मैं /हम भारतीय चित्र साधना के निर्णय को अंतिम एवं बाध्यकारी मानने के लिए सहमत हैं।
भारतीय चित्र साधना का निर्णय अंतिम तथा बाध्यकारी माना जायेगा और मैं /हम इस निर्णय के विरूद्ध कोई अपील अथवा पत्राचार नहीं करेंगे।
मैं / हम प्रमाणित करते हैं कि प्रविष्ट फिल्म किसी फिल्म का रूपांतर डब्ड संशोधित एवं नकल नहीं है।
मैं /हम प्रमाणित करते हैं कि फिल्म में प्रयुक्त स्टॉक फुटेज के लिए यथोचित अनुमति ले ली गयी है एवं इसे शीर्षकों में दर्शाया भी गया है।
मैं /हम प्रमाणित करते हैं कि फिल्म का संगीत मौलिक है।
मैं ये भी प्रमाणित करता हूं कि फिल्म किसी भी रूप में भारतीय कॉपीराइट एक्ट 1957 का उल्लंघन नहीं करती।
